Banana Cake
2 1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
t teaspoon soda
2 eggs
1 1/4 ripe mashed bananas
1/4 cup shortening
1 1/2cups sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup our milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
Beat until smooth and well blended….Do not over mix. Divide evenly
into 2 by 9 for 25 to 30 minutes at 375, you may add raisins to this
recipes and is also delicious.
